Welcome to the website of Connecticut Irish and Celtic duo, Ringrose & Freeman - Dan Ringrose (vocals, guitar) and Jeanne Freeman (fiddle, harmony vocals). We play and sing traditional Irish and Celtic music, with a touch of contemporary folk thrown in for good measure, including some original compositions.

We are immersed in the traditions we love, like to have a good time, and are passionate for our music. We are proud to have been featured on Connecticut Public Television in November 2013.

"Fiddler extraordinaire Jeanne Freeman ...a casual virtuosity...the music is light, airy, and fun, and...really, really ...fabulous...the overall effect is just about perfect...guitarist Danny Ringrose showcases a stunning voice in a duet that demonstrates why he and Freeman often perform as a duo...." -- The Fretboard Journal
"Jeanne Freeman…set an enviable standard …Danny Ringrose….sang... a fitting finale for a memorable night of music…" -- Earle Hitchner (Wall Street Journal, Irish Echo)
